An exciting opportunity has arisen at Quod Brasserie, Oxford’s busiest restaurant. We are looking for someone to join our management team for the brasserie, bar, terrace and private dining rooms of the acclaimed 42 bedroom luxury Old Bank Hotel in the centre of Oxford.

Great floor presence, attention to detail and the ability to manage, organise and motivate the staff team are essentials skills in this role, as well as a sound knowledge and passion for food and wine. Financial acumen and an experience in ordering and stocktaking would also be beneficial.

We are looking for an energetic and well organised individual to join our restaurant team as busser. You will assist in prepraring the restaurant for service as directed by the Duty Manager ensuring that the restaurant is fully stocked with polished cutlery and steady supplies of napkins. To keep all areas of the restaurant clean and tidy during service. Assisting guests with coats and luggage when necessary. You will have experience of working in similar busy restaurants and have a sound knowledge of cocktails, wine and all other classic beverages.
