Chef de Partie
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join Head Chef Michael Wright and his team, at Oxford’s busiest brasserie. The ideal candidate will be motivated and have a genuine passion for food and quality. You will have experience pof working in a similar fast paced environment and possess the knowledge and skills to work in all areas of this busy kitchen, running your own section. Quod is one of three privately owned restaurants in central Oxford where training and promotion are actively encouraged. Flexible working hours and a very competitive salary offered. Experienced Full Time Restaurant Staff
Oxford’s busiest brasserie requires full time waiting staff with a good working knowledge of food and wine to work in our restaurant and terrace. A smart appearance, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential to this role. A good rapport with customers is required as this role has a strong customer focus in addition to experience in similar restaurants. Part Time Restaurant Assistant (Busser)

We are looking for an energetic and well organised individual to join our restaurant team as busser. You will assist in prepraring the restaurant for service as directed by the Duty Manager ensuring that the restaurant is fully stocked with polished cutlery and steady supplies of napkins. To keep all areas of the restaurant clean and tidy during service. Assisting guests with coats and luggage when necessary. Candidates should have experience of working in similar busy restaurants and be able to provide references, as well as proven eligibility to work in The UK.

Full Time Bartender
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our prestigious bar at Quod. You will have experience of working in similar busy restaurants and have a sound knowledge of cocktails, wine and all other classic beverages. A passion and flair in providing excellent service is a must, and it is essential that you are a strong communicator with the desire to get it right the first time, every time. A sensible shift pattern, with an excellent rate of pay and gratuities is available.Quod is one of three privately owned restaurants in central Oxford where training and promotion are actively encouraged.
