Oxford’s busiest brasserie requires full time waiting staff with a good working knowledge of food and wine to work in our restaurant and terrace. A smart appearance, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential to this role. A good rapport with customers is required as this role has a strong customer focus in addition to experience in similar restaurants.

A smart appearance, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential to this role. Oxford’s busiest brasserie with an emphasis on top quality ingredients requires a Chef de Partie. You must possess the knowledge and skills to run all sections of this busy kitchen. Candidates should have experience of working in similar busy restaurants and be able to provide references.
